About Us

We at Gemstone Groodles are an ethical home-based breeder, situated on lush acreage in the beautiful Scenic Rim region of South East Queensland.

 

Our closest town, Beaudesert, is described as the Jewel in the Crown of this idyllic rural area.

 

Our dogs live with us in our home, not in kennels, and some live with loving guardian families nearby where they are raised and loved as part of the family with guidelines, discipline, and boundaries. Breeding girls will have 2-3 litters, and only one litter per year from their 2nd year. We will stay a small breeder and enjoy having visitors to our home to enjoy cuddles and see our large puppy yards on lush green grass.

We are proud members of the National Companion Pets Institute, and as such are bound to all the standards, Code of Ethics, Rules and Regulations set out by this association. We are also proud to have our property and puppy enclosures inspected and approved by a veterinarian.  

Our aim is to offer high quality, healthy sound dogs from parents that have been DNA tested clear of known diseases by Orivet. Hip and Elbow scores are carried out when necessary to offer sound puppies for sale.
